“Best Practices for Migrating PSTs and Email Archives to Office 365”. Loved the session and gained a greater understanding of the need for us to take care of user’s PST files in advance, before migrating to O365.
I liked the way Mike structured his presentation with concrete suggested actions. Plenty of useful ideas! Slides are simple, visually appealing and easy to follow and understand. Example of user keeping archived email in Deleted items folder sounds very familiar 🙂
